Consent, age verification and recordkeeping obligations for all content creators.
This Content Provider Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Bitmap Coders LLC, operating FeetFansly (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”), and any individual who uploads, generates, streams, distributes or monetizes content on the Platform (the “Content Provider”).
Every Content Provider must accept this Agreement before publishing content. This Agreement is separate from, and in addition to, the Terms of Service and all other policies incorporated by reference.
The Content Provider must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Every person depicted in any uploaded content must also have been at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of production. No content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons is permitted under any circumstances.
The Content Provider must obtain and keep on record clear, written consent from every person depicted in the content, specifically covering:
Consent records must be retained and made available to FeetFansly, its acquirer or the card networks upon request.
The Content Provider must verify the identity and age of every person depicted in the content to ensure that all such persons are adults, and must be able to provide supporting documentation upon request. FeetFansly may require government-issued identification, performer releases, consent documentation and custodian-of-record information at any time.
The Content Provider is responsible for maintaining legally sufficient age, identity and consent records for all content they produce, upload, distribute or monetize, in accordance with applicable law, including where applicable 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.
The Content Provider shall not upload, generate or distribute any content that is illegal or that violates the card network Standards, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Anti-Human Trafficking Policy. This includes, without limitation, any content involving minors, CSAM, non-consensual acts, trafficking, coercion, or any other prohibited category.
By accepting this Agreement, the Content Provider represents and warrants that they own or control all rights to their content; that all persons depicted are consenting adults; that all required consent and verification records have been obtained and retained; and that all information provided to FeetFansly is accurate and complete.
Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination of the account, reversal of associated earnings, and reporting to law enforcement, payment processors and acquirers where appropriate.
